Thresette delivered a day of training sessions for the Learning and Development office in early summer 2012. During the training day, she delivered three sessions: Thriving in the Midst of Change; Designing My “Intentional” Career Path; and Negotiating Skills for Women. I asked Thresette to consult with two on-campus women (one a professor and department chair, the other an experienced manager) to tailor her sessions to meet the unique needs and interests of women working in an academic organization. Thresette developed sessions that were finely tuned to her audience. Her delivery style is a good balance of being both personable and professional. Result: Three positive, insightful learning sessions that were well-received by participants. In fact, I’ve invited her back to present two 3-hour sessions for our staff and professional employees titled “My Performance, My Productivity.

Thresette made an Ethics presentation at our annual Institute of Management Accountants Professional Development Seminar in November of 2010. We found Thresette to be very knowledgeable in the subject and an excellent presenter. She held the audience’s attention while involving them in the discussion. As the last presenter of the day she was able to keep everyone’s attention while presenting a somewhat dry and boring subject. I highly recommend Thresette as a highly qualified and knowledgeable individual in the organizational development field.

I found Thresette to be an exceptional Human Resources professional. Thresette managed an extremely challenging workforce for our Indianapolis manufacturing location, and did so while displaying excellent judgment and an exceptional work ethic. She was instrumental in the coordination and management of a full transition of all manufacturing process personnel from one facility to another new facility, which was located in an entirely different area of the city, requiring a complete restructuring of a large portion of the workforce, I would strongly recommend Thresette for any comparable role, and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again at sometime in the future.
